Vintage Marbles #4 is a quirky abstract painting by Karen J Jones, a UK-based artist and glassworker.
This unusual painting captures childhood memories of the traditional game of scoring points with marbles using a marble run. Perhaps you have wonderful memories of playing with marbles too... Marbles have always been collectable - the type with the fisheye design are what I used to pay with back in the 1960s and 1970s.
There are several paintings in my 'Vintage Marbles' series. They make a lovely display as prints, or perhaps you'd prefer them as cards or on clothing: the choice is yours
