Artist's Description
The serpent coiled around the apple represents the temptation Adam and Eve encountered in the Garden of Eden, when tempted to eat the forbidden fruit by Satan, the Devil (in his form as a snake). God had instructed them not to eat from the tree. (Genesis).
Acrylic onto paper. The central images of the apple and the snake have been lacquered to give further definition to the artwork.
This image will be featured on the cover of one of my books, 'Do Not Lie', which is due for publication at the end of 2014.
